Pricing and registration is broken into 4 catagories. The question and answer section should be read in it's entirety before registration.
VERY IMPORTANT !!
YMBWIRELESS tries to maintain an inventory of 30 sets of equipment at all times so we can install within 2 - 5 business days. During peak times of the year our stock will deplete rapidly. It takes 3 weeks to receive new stock so applicants should anticipate their needs 3 weeks in advance to ensure quick installs. Once an applicant pays, the equipments is boxed and tagged for that specific client.
First - What are the start up costs related to receiving the YMB Wireless signal? This includes equipment, configuring your system and installation fees.
Second - What packages are currently available , the costs and the band width details?
Third - What is the registration process, how payment is made, how to terminate or upgrade your service?
Fourth - What process do you follow the first time you log on?

There is a manufacturer's warrantee on the Radio's. YMB does not provide a loaner set should the unit need service or replacement. The user pays all shipping and related costs for their units. Subscribers are well advised to keep radios and hardware free of sediment or other build up and use a surge protection device.
Installation can be performed by user or by YMB ( quotation as required by install location). If the user installs the equipment and it does not work then an install fee is charged if we have to go out to the site.
SECOND - YMB Wireless Internet Packages All packages billed in USD
Currently YMB Wireless has 3 packages ranging in price from $ 100.mxp to $ 800. mxp per billing cycle. Custom packages based on speed and duration are possible.
YMB Wireless is governed by our signal wholesale providers, who are in turn governed by a host of variables all of which are beyond our control. YMB Wireless does not receive ANY credit from our wholesale providers for outage periods.

THIRD - Registering for your internet access
There is no contract to sign and you do not receive a monthly bill. All payments are made through an encrypted secure third party financial institution via your account at the YMB Wireless website.
All payments are made in US dollars. YMB neither retains, nor has access to your personal information ( IE: Visa cards etc..) via this method of payment. It is the user's responsibility to go to the YMB website and pay the coming monthly charges so that YMB is in the receipt of the payment PRIOR to the 29 th day of each billing period.
After the 30th day of your billing cycle our accounting is reconciled electronically and if your account is delinquent, internet access will be terminated automatically.
Should the account be disconnected for 30 days or more, then an re-activation fee will be applicable of 200 MXP or $ 20. usd
Subscribers who wish to cancel their service must do so and receive confirmation via email from YMB that the account will be closed 35 days prior to the first of the month.
For example : If you are a snowbird and are heading home March 27,( no service April 1 ) we will need notification by Feb 25..
Why do I do I need to advise YMB Wireless when I want to discontinue service ??
YMB Wireless buys all it's band width in 4 mg blocks and has to give our supplier 35 days notice otherwise we get charged whether we use it or not.
Registration is a three step process

The applicant completes and submits the registration link below. We will also need a scan or your passport or valid FM3 as per guidelines set forth in our telecommunications license.
YMB emails a request for payment based on services requested via a link to Pay Pal.
These fees include your first months internet access.
You do not need a PAY PAL account to use this service, just your charge card. -
Once Pay Pal acknowledges payment and your ID scans are on file YMB is able to register your user name and Pin in our server. YMB Wireless usually does this when the techs are configuring your computer.
At this point you are registered and able to log on to the internet .
Your payment covers a 30 day period commencing and including the date of registration / installation and is not based on a prorated portion of the calendar month.
You make your next months payment directly over the site.
FOURTH - What process do you follow the first time you log on?
If you pick up the antenna and self install the hardware ( radio/ router ) YMB has already configured the IP address of your radio.
You will be provided with a link to the LOG IN PAGE. This address automatically appears when you click on your internet browser. After logging on you will need to reduce the login page and open your browser and select another destination from your favorites.
The login page must remain open/ reduced in order to surf the net.
Once logged on the User needs to change their password in order to complete the registration process and from that point is able to modify their account and pay Subscription fees and other functionality of the system.

THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG ONTO THE INTERNET YOU MUST LOG ON FROM YOUR COMPUTER. THE SYSTEM IS SET UP TO GIVE ONE USER - ONE COMPUTER ACCESS.
Users desiring wireless routers must use the lincsys available through and configured by YMB Wireless. We are currently configuring a system of pooling multi computer use in the same household. Our bandwidth management tool is designed to measure all aspects of individual client band width consumption and clients who abuse privileges or allow friends/ neighbors to tap into there signal and split the monthly bill will have their service terminated
NO exceptions !!!!!, NO discussion !
IF YOU LOG ON THE FIRST TIME FROM ANOTHER COMPUTER YOU WILL BE DENIED ACCESS WHEN TRYING TO LOG ON FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
In order to register you will need your computer's IP address
Here's how to get it !!
Go to the start button - lower left hand corner of the screen - click
Go to RUN - you will see a flashing curser - Type in CMD, press enter
You will then see a pop-up window with a black screen and white text.
Look for the flashing cursor and type in "IPCONFIG" press enter.
It will then show your IP address in the same format as the address below
Example IP address 192.168.88.128
This is the info we need to register.
YMB Wireless is an E Business and all inquires are to be emailed. If you do not have internet we request you go to a cyber café.
Under no circumstance are applicants to go to the YMB Real Estate Office for customer service issues.
